If you've changed your mind, unopened and unused kits may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for:
Opened kits with missing, used or damaged contents.
Digital PDF downloads.
Workshop bookings (unless cancelled by Wilderstitch).
If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with your kit, please do get in touch as soon as possible. We'll always do our very best to put things right.
